Shipping Policy

My Zen Mode is committed to processing and shipping orders with care to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, promotions, or high volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and carrier availability. My Zen Mode is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. My Zen Mode is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, My Zen Mode is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact My Zen Mode within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

All sales are subject to the policies outlined below.

Final Sale Items

All candle and fragrance purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene and safety reasons, My Zen Mode does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on candles once an order has been placed.

Returns for Accessories

Unused and unopened accessories may be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns submitted after 7 days from delivery are non refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Candles and fragrance products
• Items marked final sale
• Used or opened items
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Returns submitted outside the 7 day return window

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. My Zen Mode reserves the right to deny any return or refund that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Legal Disclaimer for Candles and Diffusers

By purchasing and using My Zen Mode candles and diffusers, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Products are intended for external use only
• Candles should always be burned within sight and away from flammable materials
• Diffusers and fragrance products should be used in accordance with provided instructions
• Products should be kept out of reach of children and pets

My Zen Mode is not responsible for any damage, injury, allergic reaction, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Fragrance perception varies by individual. My Zen Mode does not guarantee specific scent strength, throw, or personal response to fragrance products.

All products are used at the customers own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Zen Mode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

This includes but is not limited to personal injury, allergic reactions, property damage, or loss resulting from improper handling or use of candles and diffusers.
